I am actually not realistically positioned for SE until Sep 2007 (not 06).
Targets for SMGR is about 15%. However, ALL bonuses only paid out at 40% of target for this year...NOT GOOD.
so..now do you think i should stay or leave? |

I would start looking, but it would not make sense to leave unless you can for sure get 200K (plus 50K in bonuses), and partnership down the road for your good performance (perhaps you can negotiate that going in). If things do not work out, hopefully you can come back to ACN (or go to a competitior).
I have done contracting/consulting and also have done enterpenuer IT things which did not work out as I had hoped. Therefore, I am looking to join ACN (I have an offer that I am going to accept). I am going to be coming in as M1. What should I expect as REALISTIC raises for next several years and also what percentage bonuses for next several years (based on your past experience)? Do you think I would get any raise and/or bonus this September if I perform well?
