If I was you, I would wait until Sep 06 to see if you make the senior exec. If you don't get the promotion, than I would recommend you to leave for PE.
If you can get a partnership at Private Equity without making an investment for bringing in your expertise than you should even consider leaving now.
Just curious, what was the bonus for Sr Mgr last year and also for Mgr last year? I am asking because I am looking to join ACN. Also what are the typical annual raises at Manager levels (especially last 2 years)? |

I am actually not realistically positioned for SE until Sep 2007 (not 06).
Targets for SMGR is about 15%. However, ALL bonuses only paid out at 40% of target for this year...NOT GOOD.
so..now do you think i should stay or leave?
