What are typical manager annual raises? |

What are the typical manager (M1,M2) annual raises?
I know the raises may not have been good (if any) in 2001 and 2002 but how have they been over the last 2-3 years?
I also know that they would vary based on performance, but what are they typically for say average and above average performance? I believe only a few percentage of people get outstanding performance.
