Thanks!
I do understand that the people that love their job at Accenture would not be on here saying it. The ones that have complaints will do so however.
I am very interested in Accenture after graduation, especially since I also have a friend that loves his job at Accenture. |

I would have hated my current ACN job a few years ago when I first graduated from college.
New graduates tend to have high expectations of what they are about to embark on.
In reality, one should just perform solid and basic (a.k.a. mundane) work and pay your dues for a few years and gradually take on more responsibility.
So, be ready to be disappointed, because you are not changing the world at lesat in the initial few years. but, you will have the same situation regardless which industry/firm you get into.
That said, Accenture does a very good job of grooming you to be ready for the next level. so, just be patient, do solid (quality) work, and be proactive.
and don't be afraid to dream a little dream.
