GTC consultants and managers manage people just the same as people in the OG's do.
The only difference are that our projects tend to have a technical component.
So yes, I think your chances of getting an MBA afer joining GTC are the same. |

From what I've heard, it is common for GTC people to transfer to OGs. GTC is transverse and works for all OGs so if you get staffed on a project for an OG and if you are good, you can request to be transfered to that OG. Senior Executives from both parties should be okay with this transfer though... .
As for getting the MBA, it more depends on the type of projects you are staffed on. In OGs you might still be staffed in technical projects just as in GTC. Except that in OGs there is the "Business Consulting" part which is the least technical component at accenture, but very very few people actually do BC.
