It is a popular trend, check out Computer Sciences Corporation, their employees HATE the company. It's pretty funny. Also consider Accenture is over 100,000 large and Vault is a great way to talk smack when your coworkers and friends don't want to hear it. This site is self therapy for many. If you are a positive person you can be happy at any job, garbage collector included.
I am taking my Accenture offer after graduation, don't let what you read on here bother you. I have friends at Accenture just out of college that love it. Any job gets old, think about how much you probably hate college by the fourth year. And these perks that everyone is complaining about not existing are ten times better than a lot of other firms out there....I'll take free muffins over nothing, which is what a lot of other companies offer--NOTHING! |

I do understand that the people that love their job at Accenture would not be on here saying it. The ones that have complaints will do so however.
I am very interested in Accenture after graduation, especially since I also have a friend that loves his job at Accenture.
