What is the pay range for a senior manager and what are the time expectations (partner and non-partner tracks)? Thanks. |

they are very broad. But about 85% of salaries range from $100k to $135k. Strategy add about 30% more...as well as those living in high cost locations....
Growing up in the firm - you have about 3-4 years make partner. New hire give yourself 4-5.
