Hi
What are the grade levels and what do they mean?
ie, what does a M1 and a M5 mean?..that you have been a manager at accenture for 1 and 5 years?
Also, in the UK what are the salary ranges for the M range in the above mentioned areas?

A new manager will be an M1. After 1 year, in September, they will become M2 then the following September M3. They will remain an M3 until they are promoted to Senior Manager, when they will become an M4. Then they will go up every September to M5, M6... and so on. I don't know how many numbers there are - I know of Senior Managers who are M9s.
