I came to this site trying to find more information about the company (purpose of Vault). I am currently in the DoD and was offered a position with AXA. I have to think carefully before I separate from my service, so I was doing some diligent research and found this site (message board). This is an important life decision and I thought this was a site of professional insight, but I encountered vulgar comments and disgruntled ex-employees. I could care less about AXA or any other company; but after paying a membership for Vault to find organizational/professional information I felt robbed.
If it makes you feel accomplished in life, I get the message AXA BAD, AXA leadership criminals, AXA ex-employees pissed-off and life threatened. Why? because you say so and all the ex-employees. My initial research of AXA found that they are #13 on the Global Fortune 500 and wanted to know more about the company. I hoped for an objective view but have to settle with this message board. Maybe they are as horrible as the people here says, but maybe there is a different picture somewhere else that could explain their success, I don??t know and now just to think the possibility of working with people of your caliber I rather not care. So you did it!
