did anyone notice that the second vice-chair recently left Axa. kip has appointed 2 people to this post. neither stayed more than 60 days!

Most have taken notice. Kip is feared and is generally regarded as mean spirited by direct reports. I was once in a meeting in which Kip berated an SVP in front of peers and underlings, and accused the guy of either lying or not knowing what he was talking about. He was right on both counts, but his nastiness is legendary.
