It is not Cold-Calling "only", but I like both Cold-Calling AND "farming" those areas that I wish to develope. I went from 41K to 76K to 101K to 144K in four-years. I liked the hard work, because the harder I worked the "luckier" I got. Like anything you need to market to those prospects and no one way is perfect for everyone. "Ignore" these naysayers- they could not/would not go to work!

Hey all. I havent actually landed the job quite yet (bu I believe I will get it) and I have already established some well thought out ideas. Of course cold-calling is of a necessity, but marketing seems to be the big scheme here. Think about it, market the product at local malls or where there is a large population of people willing to at least look at you at any given time!
Im not sure if this is against the books, but cmon, I dont see how you could really lose spending about a 100 dollars to set up a table in a mall, and more then likely at least pay that table off! Its all about effort, I myself, very motivated, so if I do end up getting this, im at least hoping for around 20k a year, thats my goal. I dont expect to make around 40k a year simply because its not worth it to me to set a goal that high that might not be hit. Instead, ill set it at 20k, and hope I pass it, then after seeing how this really works, be able to make an honest goal, rather then an exaggerated goal!!
