My interviews never even hinted at how bad this IT organization and it's processes were. If I was now asked to do a large or complex project all I can imagine is those 6 blind men in a room with an elephant! Eveyone has to touch it and yet no-one has a clue what it is!
IT certainly lives up to the CIO's initials - without his middle initial - it sucks! |

He is now just letting very good talent go just to hold on to his management cronies!!!!!
