I was recently selected for a first round interview for a rotational program in I-banking and Sales and Trading.
The general feeling I get from reading these postings is that this is not the place to be right now, but why are they still recruiting? Can I expect lower compensation due to all the restruct. costs etc.? Is anyone happy at ABN Amro? Any tips on the interview process? |

Hey can you give me your HR person's contact? I wanted to get a better feel for this program so I wanted to speak with another HR person that is hopefully different from mine and act as an anonymous person.
