Is everyone in this organization blind? Doesn't anyone see how much damage this guy has already done to the IT areas? Wasn't promoting him waaaay past his level of incompetence enough? |

My interviews never even hinted at how bad this IT organization and it's processes were. If I was now asked to do a large or complex project all I can imagine is those 6 blind men in a room with an elephant! Eveyone has to touch it and yet no-one has a clue what it is!
IT certainly lives up to the CIO's initials - without his middle initial - it sucks!
