Although they haven't physically moved IT out of the Midwest to Eastern Europe, I think we're spiritually there. We're been working under an old style Soviet regime for a couple of years now. We have a (5 year?) plan that changes every year and no-one understands, a leader (CIO) who rules by intimidation, puppets for middle managers and disinformation from every management level. It's not how it used to be...... |

Is everyone in this organization blind? Doesn't anyone see how much damage this guy has already done to the IT areas? Wasn't promoting him waaaay past his level of incompetence enough?
