I want to get into ATK after 2 1/2 yrs industry experience. Any advice on getting my resume looked at and getting an interview is appreciated. |

I agree that ATK is not that great, but this obsession w/ mck is confined to bschools and vault. Go to a top-5 or so firm, and you're fine. Your success (eg, exit opps) is much more a function of your performance (and your industry interest) than what firm you're at. No one in the real world differentiates much among m/b/b/bah/monitor/mercer/marakon. It's all the same crap and they all get their share of work and do interesting stuff.
I CHALLENGE ANYONE ON THIS BOARD TO PRODUCE HARD DATA TO SUPPORT THEIR CLAIM THAT MCK IS SUPERIOR (rev/consultant, exit opps, client satisfaction, etc). The most you'll be able to dig up is the kid at the house party you met last weekend who said he heard mck was a really cool place to work b/c his grandma heard chelsea works there.
