Mostly hire from 2nd tier and local business schools, where candidates are cheaper and can't find jobs with the big guys, i.e McKinsey or BCG. ATK is a middle management firm and they stick to it. Very few graduates from HBS, Wharton, Columbia, Stanford Insead or LBS ever join ATK. But you'll find lots of graduates from Cal State, London City, Illinois, Florida, IESE, Sydney and Sao Paulo, to name a few.
