Today??s uncertainty, discontent and skepticism like yours can obscure the fact that much better times are close at hand. I do not doubt that passion, renewed vigor, long overdue restructuring, a realistic cost-structure, and quality leadership can, and will, mend the fundamentally sound fabric of this tattered but indomitable outfit.
Use your influence and judgement to support fresh and young new leadership.
It is your unique opportunity to speak up

Fresh is indeed needed.
How about old, and then I mean pre-EDS old, but GOOD leadership? Consider it a fresh thought. The young are hungry and should be selling work day on end. Take DO: removed from the market, where he was sensationally strong, to lead the firm ... and led the way into the saltmines.
Experience at the top - though a bit more inspirational than the last few, please - would do ATK good at this point.
