ATK's careers section of the website mentions that lateral/industry hiring will be resumed close to end of this year for potential on-boarding in Q1'06. It has been there for a long time now. Given the MBO going through fine, when is the hiring gonna start ?
I would assume that there may be requirements as there has been attrition in the last few months due to MBO uncertainity.
Also, if there were some who were interviewed and selected but were asked to hold on till the MBO completion, when can they expect to get offers ? Will any thing for them change given that people who they interviewed with may no more be at ATK or if there have been changes in the group they were supposed to join ?
Would appreciate insights.

Can some one please comment on questions asked by ATK_app ? I would like to know the situation with lateral hiring. Planning to apply for an Associate position.
