What does this mean for Procurement Solutions group? Will the new structure include just management consulting - full service - and then what other services will stay?

this is just a structure to allow cheap rates for potential clients and lower salaries for employess..and ultimately lower quality. and more importantly it allows someplace for jr to sit and dream stupid thoughts.
