While some focus on organization structure, others focus on performance. ATK remains the leading Operations firm. Approximately 60% of our work is Operations related and the majority of our Operations work is NOT sourcing.
The Operations practice is functioning with activity against recruiting, intellectual capital development, training, career development, business development, marketing, etc. |

Most all the ops work these days is sourcing .. if 60% of the Firms total work is ops (which in my mind is actually higher) then 85% of that work is Sourcing. We rarely if ever do real ops work anymore ... gone are the big supply chain, manufacturing, and inventory assignments.
