I quite agree that leadership of late has been dismal, pathetic or non-existent; however, there are good potential leaders in our midst.
The road forward, a clean slate and fresh start, should be infinitely more exciting and rewarding than problematic times of the past few years. What a great foundation to build upon: a first-class global infrastructure, excellent people, proven IC, superb client relationships, and (soon) a fresh and charismatic young leader ... |
