I understand that BB and DA have been "locked down" with EDS in our lawyers office on Wall Street 24/7 since Friday. Apparently there are dozens of small points and nits that need to be finalized, but it must be real close now.
Who knows how the announcement will be made? |

The first deal team, including a bunch of golden boys, couldn't get it done. Monitor couldn't get it done. Bearing Point couldn't get it done. I'm thankful and respectful that he has gotten it done. With the competing egos and agendas around the world, not to mention our parent, it is not dumb luck that got it done.
I believe that we should give credit where credit is due, and I, for one, will do so.
