Another associate notes that "lawyers often socialize together, but not always." Nonetheless, one attorney says that "there are not very many associates, so we are all very close." Some feel that the firm should "treat [associates] like attorneys rather than statistics" when it comes to retention. Most, however, feel that "people get along well here," and that the firm is "more laid-back than others in town."
