Our client is a large and diversified financial services company who is seeking an attorney with 10+ years of experience for their annuities business. This position will be responsible for handling a full range of legal matters that arise in connection with the development, creation, offering and sale of annuity products. The attorney in this position should be able to assume management responsibility for a staff of annuity product attorneys or paralegals. This position requires sophisticated corporate, law firm, in-house and/or regulatory legal experience involving state insurance laws and regulations, federal tax laws and regulations, Investment Company Act of 1940, the 33 Act, 34 Act and other rules and regulations governing annuities.
