Our client, one of the worlds largest and prestigious law firms, seeks a junior to midlevel transactional associate to work with a partner in the DC office who focuses on Exon/Florio, cross-border transactions.
Must be a junior to midlevel attorney with knowledge and understanding of deal work in addition to experience with CFIUS. Foreign language (French, Japanese, Arabic, Chinese) helpful but not required. Candidates with either firm or government experience will be considered. JD and excellent academic credentials (minimum A-/B+ GPA from law school).also required.
