Carl D. Reece, the firm's founder and pripcipal, has been a legal recruiter since 1987. He has placed associates and partners at premier national and boutique law firms and Fortune 500 companies globally. His clients have expertise in a wide array of practice specialties, including banking, bankruptcy, corporate securities, entertainment, finance, intellectual property and real estate law.

Before establishing RLS in 1999, Mr. Reece was a senior attorney search consultant with a nationally recognized recruiting firm based in Los Angeles. He has been a contributing panelist and seminar moderator at numerous industry conferences. Most recently, he was a guest lecturer at the University of Southern California School of Law.
