Interested parties must bring 3 to 6 years of tax law experience, strong academic credentials, the ability to handle significant client responsibility and a desire for long term career growth. The practice is broad based and involves challenging and sophisticated transactional, tax controversy and tax planning matters for a wide range of high profile clients. Expertise in client counseling in tax related aspects of general business, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions and IRS audits is required. Tax litigation experience before federal and state tax authorities would also be considered a plus. Only those individuals meeting the parameters outlined will be considered!
