Our client is a large Silicon Valley company and they are looking to add a senior level tax attorney to their multi-national team. This is an opportunity to join a rock solid organization and complete sophisticated transactions with people you will respect and enjoy working with. This is a new position based on company growth.
This position works alongside attorneys in Europe and Asia to provide tax counsel on US-International issues including M&A tax implications, international business operations, repatriation, with emphasis on subpart F. Even though there is an international mix to the position, travel is expected to be quite minimal with one to two trips a year.
The ideal attorney will have at a minimum 5 years experience in domestic and international tax, with an LLM in Taxation desired. Stellar academics and large law firm experience also desired.
