Candidate must have 2-6 years tax experience in a top DC or international law firm. Experience with capital markets and financial transactions (including securitizationn and derivatives) helpful, but not necessary. Must have excellent academic background. Minimum of A-/B+ GPA from law school. J.D. required and LL.M in taxation a plus. Experience in a top DC or international law firm.
