Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all internal and external client relationships. Responsibilities include, but not limited to overall management, business development, transaction posting, statement delivery, account reconciliations and human resources. Ideal candidate with possess Bachelor degree with 5-7 years proven managerial experience in the Stock Transfer Agent field.
