Responsibilities for this position focus on the strategy development and market execution of a new TriZetto vertical called Revenue Enhancement. Revenue Enhancement includes all processes and technologies surrounding a health insurance company development and distribution of health benefits. This person will be a key team member in the strategy definition, market validation and solution roll out. This position will work with a broad range of people within TriZetto and within our customer base and requires a high energy, strategic thinking, and a detail oriented individual.
Working with solution leadership, customers, and other constituents in the development of a new solution and existing product enhancements
Monitors the research and analysis of TriZetto's markets, competition, and product mix.
Conducts research studies and makes presentations on new market areas and future market conditions.
Analyzes the competitive environment, market penetration, market potential, future trends, and makes recommendations based on findings.
Assist corporate development and business development in the buy/build/partner analysis
Assist corporate development with vendor acquisition due diligence
Assist in the development of a strategic business case (including financial modeling scenarios)
Assist in the development of marketing collateral including white papers, presentations, and articles
Plan for and assist with post-merger integration activities
Work with and support early release or beta customers
Performs other duties as required
Requirements
Masters of Business degree required
Experience with the health insurance industry, in particular the consumer/employer/broker sales cycle
Experience with internet retail distribution and branding
Experience with state department of insurance regulation a plus
1-3 years strategy experience related to market positioning, competitive analysis, and solution definition w/top tier consulting firm
1-3 years experience with acquisition due diligence and post merger integration
Self motivated and self directed individual
Flexibility to enable working with multiple teams using potentially multiple development and team management approaches
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a very fast paced and dynamic environment
Willing to travel up to 25%
