$55-$70K 25-60% travel required Responsibilities: B7 Prepare and perform detailed product demonstration and customized presentations tailored to client needs B7 Position product in a feature, function and benefit to customer needs B7 Persuade customer to make a decision/recommendation for Company's product B7 Assist the sales team in determining correct product approach from prospecting to closing B7 Provide customer and sales representatives with technical product advice during pre-sales activities B7 Answer prospects and salesperson product questions B7 Maintain an outstanding knowledge of the companyBs products and services from a technical/functional expertise B7 Participate in multiple concurrent sales cycles in support of personal and team sales goals B7 Provide primary account support when named as such to individual clients B7 Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle B7 Maintain ownership for all clients on trial licenses creating kickoff presentation, health checks during trial and gathering intelligence on the outcome for sales B7 Assist with support desk issues and customization of trial database and reservations B7 For software, become the clientBs primary contact point until the contract is handed over to an implementation specialist, then assist in smooth transition to production status B7 Assist the sales and marketing teams with Request for Information/Proposals which may include: maintaining a library of standard terms, product capabilities, documenting technical and installation requirements, writing narrative information to specific questions and coordinating any special product requirements to achieve sales success B7 Participate in trade shows and other product events B7 Gather product enhancements requests and provide formal feedback to marketing and development B7 Gather competitive strategies and prepare effective counter-strikes B7 Maintain client reference database for software B7 Assist in QA/Test software as new releases are available Qualifications: B7 College Degree preferred but will consider applicants with equivalent work-related experience with a minimum educational requirement of a H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent. B7 Preferred B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related Bachelors Degree or equivalent B7 Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical services or product support role required B7 Minimum of 2 years proven track record of selling software in a pressure-sensitive environment required B7 Strong presentation, preparation and delivery skills; minimum of 2 years experience in face-to-face client facing position required B7 Minimum of 4 years of related experience supporting a professional sales workforce in a business or technical environment required B7 Previous consulting services, operational processes and systems knowledge preferred; business continuity planning concepts a plus B7 Ability to develop rapport and a relationship with people of diverse personalities, backgrounds, and job descriptions required B7 Ability to spontaneously map features to client benefits required B7 Ability to learn quickly and respond to demands in a fast-paced, highly technical environment is required B7 Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities required B7 Ability to effectively work in a team environment as well as independently required B7 Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation and customer service skills with the ability to work at all levels required B7 Excellent organizational, time management, and service delivery skills required B7 Proficiency in Windows-based applications, MS Office software products and SQL database experience required.
