Long established, well recognized 350+/- attorney law firm seeks senior level attorney with $750,000+/- in portable Business to further develop the firm's International Transactional practice. Individual must bring strong relationships with clients located in any major international economic market with an understanding of the relevant customs and language. Business may be inbound or outbound with a focus in corporate, finance, tax or investment law, or any combination thereof. Client presently has a substantial international trade and domestic corporate practice with excellent potential for crossover work. The firmBs first preference is for the position to be quartered in the Washington, DC Office, however, there is flexiblity as to preferred location. This firm offers strong crossover potential between practice groups and offices and a balanced collegial culture. Only those individuals meeting the parameters of the position will be considered!
