Responsibilities:
-Responsible for growing business continuity consulting practice, delivering positive EBITA growth.
-Strategic and tactical planning to drive practice area growth in both revenue and profitability
-Design, implementation and ongoing review of Business Continuity consulting services to address prevailing and anticipated client business and technology issues
-Development and enforcement of service methodologies and best practices that result in high customer satisfaction
-Development and nurturing strategic third-party business relationships
-Drive sales results including executive-level sales support activities, C-suite and large group presentations.
-Attract, develop, excite, and retain an outstanding group of individuals that as a team will outperform the competition.
-Travel- 30%-50%
Qualifications:
-College Degree preferred but will consider applicants with equivalent work-related experience
-Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required, graduate degree preferred
-Certification in Business Continuity (CBCP, BCI, etc.)
Business Requirements:
-Minimum of 10 years experience in business continuity
-Minimum of 5 years direct consulting experience
-Minimum of 5 years management experience
-Firm understanding of business continuity industry
Technical Skills:
-Experience with risk assessments, impact analysis, continuity planning and program development
-Mastery of information systems availability principles and best practices, general IT concepts, incident response and recovery
-Knowledge of industry best practices and generally accepted information availability principles
Other Skills:
-Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
-Demonstrated team development skills
-Advanced communications skills both written and verbal
-Demonstrated mastery of consulting at the senior management level
-Exceptional organizational and communications capabilities
-Strong analytical skills
-Advanced project management and planning skills
-Experience in public speaking including presentations to senior executives and large groups
-Ability to thrive in a matrix organization
