Our client, a large investment management company, is currently seeking an attorney to advise their rapidly growing international and institutional business. This position provides the opportunity to work closely with an outstanding team of professionals to grow the business. The primary responsibilities include advising the international and institutional investment management businesses, launching new funds and sub-funds, negotiating new distribution agreements, and reviewing and negotiating agreements for new institutional clients, including pooled fund initiatives. 4+ years of experience and large law firm experience required.
