Our client, a leader in storage, communications and consumer silicon solutions, seeks TWO senior level attorneys (7-12 years exp.) with strong backgrounds in technology transactions to join its legal team. The successful candidates will have extensive experience in negotiating a variety of licensing, technology and commercial transactional documents. Semiconductor or other computer hardware experience is strongly preferred. Both positions report to the General Counsel. The successful candidates will manage a broad range of transactions across the companyCBCBs business units and provide a variety of legal services to in-house clients. The lawyers will be responsible for work relating to international subsidiaries (travel is not required). Experience and ability to hit the ground running and comfortably manage a number of transactions and responsibilities simultaneously is important. Candidates must be local to the SF Bay Area and not require relocation. The successful candidates will have a JD from a leading law school and ideally both private practice and in-house experience. California Bar membership is required. Competitive salary, bonus and options package offered (varies depending on level of directly related experience).
