West LA office of national law firm is looking to hire ONE additional class of 2003-2002 entertainment associate. Ideal candidate should have significant major law firm or in-house TV licensing experience.

This client will also consider corporate associate candidates with STRONG M&A skills for their entertainment department. If candidate doe not have on-point TV licensing and entertainment transactional experience, they should be prepared to take a "shave" in class year to move into this practice area.

JD from a "top 25" law school highly recommended along with at least a "top 20" law school class ranking. CA Bar preferred, but not required. Very stable employment history with a major U.S. law firm or corporation mandatory.
