Degrees in biology or chemistry are preferred but not required if the candidate has other relevant experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent drafting and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with biotechnology, pharmaceutical and/or medical device companies in connection with the drafting and negotiation of licenses, material transfer agreements, supply agreements, clinical research agreements, and corporate partnering agreements.
