Our client is a rapidly growing investment bank who has been breaking records in the United States and around the world. They are experiencing a significant growth in headcount and are seeking to add an attorney to their New York office located in Midtown Manhattan. The ideal candidate is a 2-5 year attorney with strong securities regulatory experience who will to assist with the new business approval process and liaise with various divisions of the group to resolve complex issues. Candidates must have experience with securities legislation and practice in the broker-dealer, investment advisor or commodities area.
