Outstanding law firm with multiple offices seeks a mid-level associate with three to four years of litigation experience and a background in electrical engineering. Ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of law firm IP litigation experience with an undergrad or graduate degree in electrical engineering. California Bar and USPTO registration required. Candidate must be adaptable and have a comprehensive knowledge of patent office procedure and strong writing skills. This position focuses on litigation with some prosecution work possible.
