San Francisco office of global law firm seeks ONE Corporate Associates with 3-6 years of relevant corporate experience, particularly in one or more of the areas of private equity, venture capital, initial public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, securities and public finance. Position provides an opportunity to work with companies and investors in the SOLAR, clean technology and alternative energy sector so a background in energy, utility and environmental policy or renewable energy project development and finance is a plus.
Ideal candidates should have a JD from a "top 25" law school and rank in the top 20 percentile. CA bar preferred, but not required
