Old line well recognized prominent law firm seeks a 5th - 6th year Real Estate Associate to join the firm's long established Raleigh office. Position requires experience in general transactional commercial real estate, finance, development, acquisition, disposition, leasing, and construction and land use law. Real Estate litigation could also be of benefit. Interested parties must bring stable focused employment backgrounds with solid law school credentials and either be licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina, or be willing to obtain a license for this jurisdiction. This Client offers an excellent compensation package, practice responsibility and opportunity for partnership.
