Our client, a growing privately held family-run retail chain, seeks a senior transactional attorney for their New Jersey office.
Must be currently employed as transactional attorney in a major law firm or corporation with 15+ years broad experience in leasing, real estate and franchise law. Shopping center/retail lease experience a plus; Franchise experience a plus; Mergers/Acquisition a plus; Real estate development also a plus. JD, NJ or NY Bar (NJ preferred) and excellent academic credentials also required.
