Our client, one of the largest manufactures of healthcare products in the world, seeks a patent attorney for their Pharmaceuticals group in Boston, Massachusetts. The work mix will be: Substantial preparation and prosecution load with opportunity to support licensing, client counseling, and product clearances.
MUST have, a JD, Chemistry/Biochemistry degree, State Bar membership and USPTO registration, and at lease 5-10 years experience in the pharmaceutical chemical arts (small molecule) or biotechnology areas. MUST also be currently working in a major law firm or corporation.
