Our client, one of the largest manufactures of healthcare products in the world, seeks a patent attorney for their Consumer Products division in New Brunswick, NJ. AttorneyCBCBs primary focus will be on devices for spinal orthopaedics. Responsibilities will include right-to-market clearances, patent prep & prosecution, product development agreements and licensing.
MUST have, a JD, degree in Mechanical Engineering or a strong mechanical background. Must also be admitted to a State Bar and the USPTO, have 5- 12 years substantive experience in IP practice and excellent interpersonal skills.
