Our client, a major Fortune 500 financial services company seeks a Patent Agent to provide support to the Intellectual Property & Licensing Unit of the General CounselCBCBs office located in New York City. Must be currently employed in a major corporation or law firm as a patent agent with 3-10 yrs experience; Must also be licensed before the USPTO and have a B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering; Technology industry experience and knowledge of trade secret, copyright and open source software issues desirable.
