Responsibilities:
B Provide immediate first level support for the Financial Applications, interacting daily with end users. Duties would include but are not limited to: User Password and Responsibility Maintenance, Managing Concurrent Processes, and day to day troubleshooting.
B Document change request requirements using Oracle AIM methodology
B Work with Oracle Technical Support through the TAR process.
B Maintain Application Controls in support of Sarbanes Oxley and Audit Requirements
B Implement Application Set Up changes in multiple databases in support of new functionality and/or new application modules.
B Assist with user training for Internet Expenses and iProcurement
B Recommend process and/or system improvement, which will lead to improvements in end users satisfaction and customer service.
Qualifications:
B Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
B College Degree preferred but will consider applicants with equivalent work-related experience with a minimum educational requirement of a H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent.
B Bachelors degree in Accounting, Minor in Information Technology a plus
B Minimum of 3 years hands on experience with two or more of the following Oracle Financial Applications B Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Human Resources, Fixed Assets, Internet Expenses, Oracle Workflow and General Ledger
B 1 year experience with SQL Plus.
B Minimum of 2 years using MS Project or other project tracking software
B Excellent understanding of information systems and their relationship to business functions
B Must be a self-motivated, team player that is task-oriented with ability to work with minimal supervision.
B Experience with Data Loader or Mercury Quick Test Pro a plus
