Responsibilities : SHIFT: Friday,Sat&Sunday 7pm-7am
B Assist and consult with customers in the design and implementation of customer architectures.
B Provide Tier 1 and 2 support to customers. Ensure customer installations are in accordance with standard procedures and Service Level Agreements.
B Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with assigned customers.
B Primarily responsible for monitoring customer applications and operational architecture through a Network Operating Center (NOC) environment.
B Respond to alarms in accordance with department procedures.
B Issue trouble tickets when necessary. Maintain detailed logs and notebooks regarding customer applications, security, and operational readiness.
B Assist the Systems Engineer and Account Representatives, when necessary, in the sales process.
B Specific duties may include direct customer contact, explaining operational structure and abilities, and product demonstrations. Identify possible up sell opportunities.
B Ability to manage an aspect of facility support systems (HVAC, electrical, etc) May require liaison with the appropriate vendor.
B This position will be on-call for emergency response and may require shift work.
Qualifications :
B College Degree preferred but will consider applicants with equivalent work-related experience with a minimum educational requirement of a H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent.
B 2 years related work experience preferred.
B Additional experience in the following areas a plus: Help Desk, Network Administration/Systems Administration, Technical Account Management, Electrical and HVAC
B Must possess strong customer service attitude and interpersonal skills.
B Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
B Proven ability to execute multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
B Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
B Demonstrated flexibility, organization and self-motivation.
