Expanding San Francisco office of national law firm seeks ONE associate with 1-3 years of experience for their Trusts and Estates practice group. Ideal associate should have experience in estate planning, including drafting of documents and familiarity with estate plan design. Experience with trust and estate administration, including revocable trust funding, probate and post-death trust administration, and drafting of probate court documents also desired. This individual should also have familiarity with estate and gift taxes. Candidate must have strong academic background with relevant coursework, and good analytical and organizational skills. California Bar membership is preferred, but not required.
